Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging with tags included (if applicable). Gift cards are nonreturnable or refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.

 

ANY PRODUCT THAT IS MARKED AS CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Although Ventures Endurance Cycling Online Store does not charge additional fees for restocking or processing, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return or exchange an item, unless otherwise waived by the Ventures Endurance Cycling team. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Once your return is received, an email will be sent to notify you the item(s) are under review. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks (5-15 business days) for your return to process into our systems. If the return is approved, a notification will be sent that a refund was processed.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment within 10 business days. If you have yet to receive the refund within that timeframe, contact your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund after contacting your bank or credit card provider, please email info@venturesendurance.com.

Ventures Endurance Cycling monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Exchanges & Gifts

Exchanges are available for online purchases of regularly priced items. If a different size or color is desired, please reference our return policy and contact info@venturesendurance.com. Further instructions will be provided once contacted.

If you would like to return a gift, it is required that you provide the original order number for the online purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the transaction. Exchanges and store credit are not available for gift returns.

 

Damaged & Defective Item(s)

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact info@venturesendurance.com. We are not able to accept damaged or defective goods until a claim has been submitted via email or contact form on the Ventures Endurance website.

Further instructions will be provided after we have received the claim. Replacements for damaged or defective goods are at the discretion of Ventures Endurance Cycling Online Store.

 

Processing & Shipping

Processing time for orders shipping with ground shipping is 5-7 business days (due to shipping delays). Shipping and processing times may be extended during promotional periods or holidays.

To cancel an order or change shipping information, please immediately contact info@venturesendurance.com. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

Regular order fulfillment hours are 9 am to 5 pm CST, Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). We ship from our distribution center in Des Moines, Iowa. Any orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day (excluding holidays).

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that the returned item(s) will be received.
